What is the difference between a 'Deep tissue' and 'Sweadish' massage?

a swedish massage is generally a soft but firm massage that takes care of the muscles closer to the skin where as a deep tissue targets the muscles farther from the surface and is harder and can hurt till the muscle relax unless done by a trained professionalWhat is the difference between a 'Deep tissue' and 'Sweadish' massage?
deep tissue is only focus on your muscle...sweadish is just like rubbing your whole body.....its boring and doesnt get any thing out of it...just a waste of time...deep tissue or trigger point is way way better...ok.
