Physiotherapist would probably be better, just for their expertise. You might also try at home: warm up legs by walking or biking for 10 minutes, then give them a good gentle stretch by bending forward (slowly) at the waist, like you're going to touch your toes, keeping your knees just barely bent. Go real slow, don't bounce, and come up slowly also. Do that stretch several times. Probably it will take a couple days to heal in any case. If you're having sharp or severe pain, definitely see a doctor.
