What type of massage is best..stone...deep tissue???

what do you think..if i was to go to a spa????What type of massage is best..stone...deep tissue???
deep tissue.

Stone is nothing! Money trap! What type of massage is best..stone...deep tissue???
Eh - stone massage. its like a heavy heating pad. The deep tissue will get out all the kinks....make sure to drink water after wards, it releases a lot of toxins.
Just tell the therapist..you want to play it by ear..if they say no, say bye...Let the therapist start and advise them as they go..if they are too deep tell them, if they are too light...tell them. if they go too fast, tell them.. remember it is your massage and your money.... you be the boss.
Personally I love deep tissue and finds it benefits me the most. I recommend that you only go to a Registered Massage Therapist.

Enjoy!
Unless you have a specific injury, I'd always go with Swedish.
Well, as a Licensed Massage therapist, i would recommend trying relaxation first, but you might feel that you wasted your money for nothing, so if you really need some work on your back, neck or anywhere else you should try deep tissue, and hot stones are AWESOME!! you just have to find someone who is skillful and comfortable using stones, cuz if therapist is not skillful it can be painful, uncomfortable or a waste of money, so good luck!!! and i hope you enjoy it!
It depends on your needs. Sometimes you just need a basic swedish for relaxation. Sometimes, after long travel, you need a deep tissue to pull out the kinks. And sometimes, if you have a strain or an injury, you might need a sports. If it's your first time, you can't go wrong with a swedish. Pay for the aromatherapy. It's worth it.
